How do I return an item?

The easiest way to return an item within Sweden is by purchasing a return order here on the website. After you have completed your purchase, it will be sent to you shortly by email. You can then either print it yourself or you take it to DHL and they will help you. You also need to fill in the form that comes with the return order. You are responsible for paying for the cost of the return bill, however when changing model or size we will pay for the shipping of the changed product.


In Sweden?

Exchanges and returns.

1. Buy a return order
Buy the return shipping label via the link below. Then we have control and can track the package. The return label is then sent to you digitally via email weekdays between 8:00-16:00. You can either print it yourself or bring the shipment number (Shipment No.) to DHL and they will help with printing.

We do not send return shipping orders with all packages as a routine. This is because we have quite few exchanges / returns and do not want to consume a lot of natural resources for no reason, especially not on something that in most cases would just be thrown away. For the same reason, we no longer produce garments with price tags / labels or wrap the products in individual plastic bags.

2. Send the items back to us

When you send something back to us, make sure that it is clear that the package is from you. We also need information about which color / size you want to change to or if you want to return. Make sure that the items is packed correctly and will not be damaged during delivery.

3. Finally
When we have received the items you sent to us, we will send your exchange items to you the next day, provided that these are in stock. If not, we will contact you to find a solution! We will cover the costs for shipping the exchange goods back to you. If you want to return an item to us, we will  instead credit the amount for this item when we receive it. The refund or adjustment of the invoice is done via Klarna, and should there be any problems, you need to contact Klarna directly due to GDPR.

1. Get in contact!
Do you want to return something to us and live outside of Sweden? Start by contacting us! Either you can send us an email ( [email protected] ) or call us ( +46709560406 ). You can for example respond to the order confirmation; then we get all the information about the order as well! Always let us know if you wish to return or exchange and in that case to what.

2. Get a return shipping order
We can buy a return shipping order for you, but in many cases it is cheaper for you to buy the shipping locally. You can always contact us before your purchase and we can help you pick a size and check the cost for a return.

4. Finally
When we have received the items, we will send your exchange items to you the next day, provided that these are in stock. Please contact us first, so that we can reserve the correct size for you. If not in stock, we will contact you to find a solution! We will cover the costs for shipping the exchanged goods back to you. If you want to make a full return, we will  instead credit the amount for this item when we receive it.
